During his career, Sebastian led a Tier 3 Product Specialists team and managed escalations, upgrades and beta projects for the EMEA region, in addition to analysing service metrics for process improvements.

Gregg Harwood, Director of Digital Product Management & Global Service at Inkcups, said: “Sebastian’s expertise in the inkjet printing industry means he is already contributing significantly to strengthening Inkcups’ dedicated support and service in his new role as Service Manager Europe. As a result, Inkcups can continue to build on the high standard of support and service we pride ourselves on delivering across our entire geographical offering.”

Inkcups says the appointment reinforces its commitment to providing dedicated support and service to customers globally.
