Inkcups announces new CEO

Bill Keating will take the helm at Incups, having gained wide experience in providing complex solutions to global markets

Inkcups has appointed Bill Keating as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective May 19, 2025. Bill succeeds Rick Hajec, who served as interim CEO since April 2024 and remains a key member of the Inkcups Advisory Board.

Bill is an experienced leader who will help to drive Inkcups’ future growth as the company continues to innovate, create value for customers, and deliver outstanding solutions globally. He brings to Inkcups more than 25 years of experience in manufacturing and in providing complex solutions to global markets, combining commercial sales experience with strong technical expertise and strategic executive leadership. His hands-on approach has been shaped by key leadership roles at Roper Industries, OMEGA Engineering, Oxford Instruments America, and Gooch & Housego. Over the course of his career, he has been actively involved in all aspects of manufacturing, including sales, service, marketing, engineering, operations and distribution.
