General Formulations has appointed Adam Weber as Regional Sales Manager to oversee the Tennessee, Mississippi, and Alabama territories.
General Formulations has announced the appointment of Adam Weber to its sales team. The manufacturer of pressure-sensitive media, film, and laminates states that he will serve as Regional Sales Manager covering the territories of Tennessee, Mississippi, and Alabama.

According to the company, Weber brings more than a decade of industry experience and a technical background to support continued expansion and customer engagement throughout the Southeast region.
Weber began his career in the labelling and print industry in 2013. He built a foundation on the production floor working with urethane doming and durable decals before operating screen-printing equipment such as Sakurai and clamshell presses. He later advanced to the role of Production Manager, gaining hands-on experience with print processes, materials, and end-use applications before transitioning into sales in 2021.
Since moving into a commercial role, Weber has worked with a wide range of labelling technologies. These include durable and pressure-sensitive labels, shrink sleeves, in-mould labels (IML), and thermoforming labels. Most recently, he focused on PVC-free face films sold to adhesive coaters and manufacturers across the industry. The company notes that his production and materials background provides valuable technical insight when helping customers select pressure-sensitive graphic solutions.
Weber also possesses direct familiarity with General Formulations products. During his time in production management, he ran several of the company’s materials on wide-format platforms, including Roland and Mimaki printers. General Formulations suggests that this firsthand experience gives him added perspective on product performance and real-world application.
Adam Weber comments on his appointment. He says, “I couldn’t be more excited to join the General Formulations team. The company has an outstanding reputation in the industry. I’m looking forward to working closely with customers and partners in the region to deliver the high-quality solutions and support GF is known for.”
With the addition of Weber, General Formulations continues to invest in talent to expand its sales footprint. The business states that the appointment reinforces its commitment to supporting customers with technical expertise and customer service.
Andrew Bishop, Vice President of Sales at General Formulations, adds, “Adam’s blend of production knowledge and sales experience makes him a great addition to our team. His understanding of materials and printing processes will help our customers succeed, and we’re excited to have him represent GF as we continue to grow our presence in the Southeast.”
