FESPA Barcelona 2026 to host over 500 exhibitors

FESPA Print Expo will return to Barcelona from 19–22 May, welcoming more than 500 exhibitors across six co-located events, including new dedicated shows for the corrugated and textile sectors.

The exhibitor line-up for FESPA Global Print Expo 2026 has been confirmed, featuring over 500 companies from 40 countries. Taking place at Fira de Barcelona from 19–22 May, the event will co-locate with the European Sign Expo, Personalisation Experience, and WrapFest, while introducing two new specialist events: Corrugated and Textile.

The main FESPA Global Print Expo will focus on wide-format printing, industrial applications, and garment decoration. Major hardware brands confirmed to attend include Agfa, Brother, Durst, EFI, HP, Mutoh, Roland DG, and swissQprint. The event also features a strong contingent of finishing and cutting specialists, with technology on display from Kongsberg Precision Cutting Systems, Summa, Zünd, and Morgana Systems.

Workflow and software innovation remains a key theme for 2026. Suppliers such as Caldera, Dataline, Enfocus, and Onyx Graphics will demonstrate automation solutions for colour management and job onboarding. Additionally, media and consumable providers including 3M, Antalis, Arlon Graphics, Hexis, and Sun Chemical will present the latest in sustainable films, inks, and substrates.

The European Sign Expo will serve as a hub for the visual communications sector, with exhibitors like Bakker Magnetics, Domino Sign, and NSELED Europe showcasing illuminated signage and display fabrication. Meanwhile, the Personalisation Experience will return to highlight customisation software and automated production tools from providers such as Design Huddle and OnPrintShop.

For the first time, FESPA will host dedicated events for the corrugated and textile markets. The Textile event will feature brands such as Kornit Digital and Monti Antonio, focusing on production workflows and garment finishing. The Corrugated event provides a platform for packaging and point-of-sale production, with confirmed exhibitors including Bobst, Canon, Scodix, and HP.

Michael Ryan, Head of FESPA Global Print Expo, says, “It’s a real pleasure to be back in Barcelona for the first time since 2012. Visitors will have the chance to see a multitude of exhibitors, covering all aspects of print and signage, in one place. We’re also excited to introduce our two new events, Corrugated and Textile, which will enable our visitors to connect with even more experts and suppliers and help them identify opportunities for their businesses.”

Registration is now live, and members of FESPA national associations can access the events free of charge. Non-members can take advantage of early bird ticket pricing until 23 March.
