Epson adds new talent to UK team

Epson strengthens its commercial and industrial printing team with key UK appointments in customer experience and product management

Epson UK has announced the appointments of Alec Matravers as Customer Experience Centre Lead and Jessica Shorten Hood as Product Manager within its Commercial & Industrial Printing team.

Matravers brings extensive experience in reprographics and pre-press, as well as expertise from working with a digital print manufacturing company. He now leads Epson’s UK Customer Experience Centre in Lutterworth, Leicestershire, helping customers explore the full potential of Epson’s commercial and industrial print solutions.

Shorten Hood joins Epson as Product Manager after a career spanning sales, distribution, and business development within the technology sector. In her new role, she will support Epson’s commercial and industrial print portfolio, applying her channel knowledge and product management expertise to strengthen Epson’s customer offering.
