Digital 23 joins Innotech’s Big Print Network

Large-format exhibition and signage specialist Digital 23 has joined Innotech’s exclusive brand ambassador network

Digital 23 has officially joined the Big Print Network, the dedicated brand ambassador programme managed by wide and grand-format media supplier Innotech. The Salisbury-based production specialist, which fabricates high-end exhibition graphics, tension fabric systems, retail signage, and museum display installations for national clients, has utilised Innotech media and hardware assets for approximately five years.

By joining the network, Digital 23 gains structured early access to unreleased media lines, exclusive trade promotions, invitations to VIP network events, and targeted marketing support. Concurrently, the business will assist in showcasing and validating Innotech materials through its live commercial projects in the field.

For Digital 23, the decision to join the network represents a strategic expansion of an established operational partnership. Studio Manager Calvin Hedley noted that the collaboration originally developed following a consultation with Innotech regional sales manager Mark Dallas, subsequently scaling from basic display hardware procurement into high-volume texturised fabric accounts.

Calvin Hedley explained, “We were initially impressed with Innotech’s range of products and started slowly with a few bits of hardware and soon moved onto fabric purchases. We liked working with the Innotech team because the support was really good, and we still get that, both from Mark and from the office team. We’re always looking for ways to maximise our exposure as a company, and the Big Print Network seemed like an obvious choice.”

When asked about the distinctive qualities the team would bring to the wider network framework, Hedley added, “Charm and panache! With all seriousness, we are confident that the increased exposure will lead to greater sales, and that will benefit both companies.”

The emphasis on shared commercial growth sits at the centre of the framework established for the Big Print Network. The initiative is structured around long-term partner alignment rather than transaction volume or strict purchasing scales, selecting independent wide-format print service providers that demonstrate high operational standards and consistent service metrics.

Kieran Dallow, Head of Customer Experience and Marketing at Innotech, said, “The Big Print Network isn’t about spend or scale. It’s about partnership. Our members are businesses we trust, businesses that share our values around quality, service and innovation. We want to give them something back, beyond the next order, and we want to learn from how they work with our products in the field.”
