CMYUK appoints new Service Administration Manager

Julia Clarke will focus on communication with CMYUK’s expanding service customer base and ensure the smooth operation of internal processes.

CMYUK announce the appointment of Julia Clarke as Service Administration Manager. She will report to Neil Roberts, who heads up CMYUK’s Service Department.

Julia joins the business at a time of accelerated growth across all hardware platforms. In this newly created role, she will focus on enhancing communication with CMYUK’s expanding service customer base and ensure the smooth operation of internal processes.

Julia joins the company from Elements Europe, where she was the Learning and Development coordinator, and has a wealth of experience in customer service administration.  She brings a strategic mindset and hands-on approach that will support the continued evolution of CMYUK’s renowned service offering.

“I’m excited to join CMYUK. It’s a dynamic company and I look forward to supporting the service department as it continues to go from strength to strength,” she said.
