Antalis announces the launch of F-Jet Natural Fibers

Antalis strengthens its range of sustainable alternative products by launching F-Jet Natural Fibers, the first self- adhesive solution made from 100% post-consumer recycled paper.

Antalis has set itself the goal of accelerating the development of its sustainable products in the sign and display sector and is launching F-Jet Natural Fibers from Fedrigoni Self-Adhesives. This, they say, is an innovative solution that redefines short-term indoor advertising by offering a more sustainable alternative to traditional monomeric films.

Made from 100% post-consumer recycled paper, F-Jet Natural Fibers delivers the expected level of quality and performance while abandoning the use of plastics.

With its unique composition of recycled natural fibres, it can be printed using Latex and UV inks, and can be applied and removed onto smooth interior surfaces such as paperboard, glass, foamboard and ACM.

F-Jet Natural Fibers features acrylic adhesive, which Antalis describe as being highly removable and ensuring easy application with zero removal residue, offering flexibility and practicality.

F-Jet Natural Fibers has a wide range of applications, from in-store advertising to short-term window displays and indoor POS. Compared to conventional monomeric PVC films, this product reduces energy and water consumption, as well as CO2 emissions, thereby addressing some of today’s environmental challenges.

The release of the Antalis Group’s ESG 2023 report last August highlights the company’s efforts to strengthen its environmental credentials and develop its range of sustainable alternatives for customers. In this context, F-Jet Natural Fibers’ production is the result of research and development to be able to offer the indoor advertising market a high-performance, more sustainable solution.

“This new solution offers Visual Communication professionals a product that combines quality, sustainability and ease of use for the intended application, meeting the needs of a sector that is looking for solutions with less impact”, comments Nicolas Coupry, sustainability lead at Antalis.
