Antalis strengthens its European leadership in Visual Communication with strategic acquisition of Texo Trade Services
Antalis continues to expand its presence in the European market with the acquisition of Texo Trade Services (TTS), a European distributor and manufacturer of printable textiles and transfer printing media for textile and large-format printing based in the Netherlands.

This strategic operation reflects Antalis’ ambition to reinforce its position in the Visual Communication sector, one of the Group’s key growth drivers. It will enable Antalis to strengthen its footprint in the printable textile sector, broaden its portfolio of solutions.
Antalis claims the transaction also contributes to accelerating the Group’s sustainability commitments by integrating a product range known for its innovation and reduced environmental impact.
TTS: a key player in the European textile printing market
Based in Moordrecht in the Netherlands and backed by over 25 years of experience, Texo Trade Services has become a major player in the European Visual Communication and garment decoration market. The company, which employs 75 people and generated €34 million in revenue in 2024, distributes its products in more than 70 countries, with key markets including the Netherlands, France, Germany, Belgium, and Poland.
TTS offers a wide range of printable textiles, sublimation & protection papers, as well as a wide range of transfer media for garment decoration under its proprietary “Texo” brand, complemented by products from European manufacturers.
A pioneer in the transition to sustainable solutions, the company operates from energy-neutral headquarters (A+++ rating) and has developed ranges such as “Green”, made from recycled polyester, and “Solar”, a 100% PVC-free collection suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications.
Antalis says that this approach, combined with strong technical expertise, positions TTS as a reference partner for the next generation of eco-designed textile applications.
An acquisition creating synergies and new growth opportunities
With this acquisition, Antalis says it further strengthens its footprint in the European Visual Communication market, already consolidated by the recent integration of Integart in Poland, Club Groupe and Poitoo Adhésifs in France and Fortuna in the Adriatics.
It says the addition of TTS will enable the Group to expand its textile offering, combine its technical and logistics expertise and provide customers with an even broader portfolio of solutions in the fields of signage, retail and decoration.
This transaction also marks an important milestone in Antalis’ innovation and sustainability strategy. By integrating TTS’s recycled and PVC-free product ranges, the Group reinforces its position as a responsible player driving a more sustainable approach to Visual Communication.
“We are very pleased to welcome the Texo Trade Services teams to the Antalis Group,” said Hervé Poncin, Chief Executive Officer of the Antalis Group. “Their recognized expertise in printable textiles and their strong commitment to sustainability are a perfect complement to our Visual Communication offering. This acquisition further strengthens our position as a leading European partner for professionals in large-format printing, retail and decoration while enhancing our presence in the Benelux markets.”
Floris Jan van den Heuvel, CEO and owner of Texo Trade Services, added: “Joining Antalis marks an important milestone in TTS’s development. With the strength of Antalis’ network and synergies, we will be able to accelerate our international growth and continue to innovate, offering our customers increasingly sustainable and high-performance solutions.”
