Pureprint welcome Andy Lydiatt to the team as their new Director of Strategic Growth as the company looks forward to its centenary year.
Andy Lydiatt joins Pureprint in a new senior role that sits at Group level and plays a key part in the long-term strategy of the company. The aim is to accelerate growth and bring together print, technology, marketing services, and creative capabilities into one connected, future-ready offer.

Andy brings years of experience leading print and marketing businesses through digital transformation and commercial change. He has worked across operations, strategy, and customer experience at a senior level, helping organisations evolve, scale, and deliver more for their clients.
Throughout his career, Andy has been known for making complex things simple helping teams work better together and delivering real value to customers. That mindset aligns closely with Pureprint’s goals as the business continues to evolve.
With Pureprint’s 100-year anniversary on the horizon in 2026, this is a pivotal time for the business. They are investing in talent, technology, and innovation, they say, to ensure they stay ahead in a fast-changing industry and Andy’s appointment is a key part of that journey.
“I’m genuinely excited to be joining a business like Pureprint—rich in heritage, ambitious in its thinking, and focused on the future,” Andy said. “There’s a real opportunity here to bring brilliant people and capabilities together, simplify how we work, and help deliver even more value for clients.”
Mark Handford, CEO, added, “Andy’s appointment is a key move as we step into the next phase of Pureprint’s evolution. We’re investing in top talent to help shape a more connected, agile Group—one that’s equipped to keep growing, keep innovating, and keep delivering for our clients in a changing world.”
Pureprint say they are looking forward to the impact Andy will make as he gets stuck in across the Group and extend a big welcome to him.
