The Printing Charity announces ePS and HP as sponsors for 194th Annual Luncheon

The Printing Charity is delighted to announce that eProductivity Software (ePS) and HP have signed up to support the charity through sponsorship of November’s Annual Luncheon.

Printing Charity CEO Neil Lovell said: “We are truly thrilled to have ePS and HP joining us as the official sponsors this year. Through their support, we can continue to bring our industry together to celebrate the achievements of our sectors over the past 12 months and discuss shared challenges and opportunities. We hope that through attending our Annual Luncheon guests feel both inspired by our industry’s potential and supported by the networks they build through the people they meet there. This year, ePS and HP are playing a key role in making this happen.”

ePS recently acquired Tharstern, a print business that had seen significant positive outcomes for its employees when the Printing Charity’s helpline was implemented. The Printing Charity remains a key part of ePS’ plans for employee and industry support.

“ePS is looking forward to remaining an active Printing Charity supporter, and continuing to evolve the relationship for the benefit of our team and of the print industry overall,” Gary Best, HR Business Partner UK and EMEA, said. “ePS believes in putting our team and people first and being there in good and bad times to help our employees and all those in the print industry in any way we can. Part of this commitment is to remain an active supporter of the Printing Charity because the charity is an invaluable resource for the print industry that we are proud to be part of and serve. By sponsoring the Luncheon, we’re delighted to have the opportunity to empower and enable the charity to continue the good work they are already doing.”

HP is committed to acting as an ambassador for the Printing Charity, broadening the network of organisations aware of the range of support offered by the charity for people working in print.

Jane Rixon, HP’s Large Format Business UKI Business Development Manager, explained: “When we first heard about the Printing Charity, we were blown away to learn about the different initiatives and care they provide. We are honoured to support this year’s Luncheon because we want to play our part in raising awareness about this support amongst other businesses in the print sector who may not realise that the charity exists. At HP we believe it’s very important for employers to look after the mental health and wellbeing of their employees, and the charity is a great way for organisations across our industry to achieve this, helping print employees navigate through life’s challenges. We look forward to working with the Printing Charity in future projects like this.”

The charity’s Annual Luncheon is a highlight of the year for those working in the sectors the charity works alongside: print, paper, packaging, publishing and graphics. This year, guests will hear from Michael Grade, the Printing Charity’s 2023 President, as well as enjoying a three-course meal and catching up with friends and colleagues in a friendly and inspiring environment.

Tickets for 2023’s event are now sold out, but anyone still wishing to attend can sign up to the waiting list by completing the form to be notified if any returned tickets become available. Visit https://www.theprintingcharity.org.uk/supporting-businesses/annual-luncheon-2023/ for more
