The print community invited to celebrate at the 197th Printing Charity Annual Luncheon

Tickets are now available for the Printing Charity’s 197th Annual Luncheon, a staple celebration that this year marks the start of the organisation’s 200th year.

Taking place on Thursday, 19th November 2026, the Printing Charity’s Annual Luncheon will serve a particularly important role this year as the first milestone marking the start of the charity’s 200th year.

Tickets are now on sale for the Printing Charity’s 197th Annual Luncheon at Plaisterers’ Hall in London.

For the second year in a row, the Luncheon will be held at Plaisterers’ Hall in Central London. The charity notes that keeping the larger venue capacity from last year enables more people in the sector to spend time in the company of the print community, accurately reflecting the growing number of companies supported by its ongoing services.

Stepping up as the keynote speaker at the event will be the charity’s 2026 Honorary President, Baroness Floella Benjamin. The celebrated actress, singer, presenter, author, businesswoman, independent producer, philanthropist, and politician will address the attendees and share her well-documented passion for the power of print to change lives.

Neil Lovell, CEO of the Printing Charity, comments on the upcoming celebration: “Marking as it does the start of the Printing Charity’s 200th year, the Luncheon this year is set to be even more special than usual. We are also very much looking forward to hearing from our fantastic keynote speaker, Baroness Benjamin. The Printing Charity is here for everyone in the sector we are proud to support, and our decision to once again host the event in a venue with significant capacity reflects that. The Luncheon is a welcoming event bringing people in our industry together to celebrate progress and consider current challenges, as well as where we share the impact the charity has.”

The event will kick off with a drinks reception at midday, with proceedings usually concluding by 3:30 pm. Tickets are currently priced at £135 per person, which includes the initial drinks reception with canapés, a three-course meal with wine, and coffee served with petit fours.
