Over recent years, the Hexis Wrap Battle has been one of the highlights of Sign & Digital. The organisers are delighted to announce its return for SDUK 2025.
Running across all three days of the show, this exciting competition allows vehicle wrapping professionals to showcase their skills, creativity, and craftsmanship. Visitors will be able to get close to the action and see for themselves the skills of the world’s top wrappers as they compete live for the title of Wrap Battle Champion.
The Hexis Wrap Battle 2025 promises three days of intense competition featuring the latest Hexis products, including cutting-edge materials from the Hexis Skintac and Bodyfence lines.
Hexis Skintac is a high-performance cast vinyl film designed for vehicle wraps, offering excellent conformability, durability, and a wide range of colours and finishes. It’s known for its ease of application and bubble-free results, making it a favourite among professional installers.
Hexis Bodyfence is a transparent paint protection film (PPF) that shields vehicles from scratches, stone chips, and UV damage. This durable film acts as an invisible barrier, preserving the vehicle’s paintwork and maintaining its resale value.
Participants will face timed challenges that test their precision, speed, and technique as they apply premium vinyl to challenging vehicle surfaces under the watchful eye of a panel of expert judges.
