Xanita is an engineered, high-strength fibre board designed as a sustainable alternative to MDF, particle board, and non-renewable rigid plastic sheeting. Built with a dense, part-recycled Kraft core, the material provides exceptional crush resistance, flat panel stability, and high load-bearing strength while remaining roughly 75 per cent lighter than MDF.
The product range includes three primary variants: Xanita Print, Xanita Kraft, and Xanita Aspect. Xanita Print features bright white Kraft liners for vibrant, high-contrast direct printing. Xanita Kraft offers a natural brown surface ideal for direct white ink printing and raw, industrial aesthetics. Xanita Aspect features liners made from over 90 per cent post-consumer paper for maximum environmental performance. Standard sheet thicknesses include 6mm, 10mm, and 16mm across large format dimensions such as 1220 x 2440mm and 1220 x 3050mm.
The board is fully compatible with flatbed UV digital printing, latex printing, and screen printing. Its dense internal construction enables smooth converting operations on standard CNC routers, digital cutting tables, and guillotines. The material can be V-cut, folded, creased, channel-cut, glued, and screwed to construct self-supporting three-dimensional shapes, modular exhibition stands, and flat-packable furniture without delaminating.
Manufactured with VOC-free organic adhesives and FSC-certified paper liners, Xanita is 100 per cent repulpable and fully recyclable alongside standard paper waste. Its unique mix of durability, low weight, and complete recyclability makes it a practical option for short-term retail displays, hanging signs, internal partitions, pop-up store fit-outs, and exhibition architecture.
