The Vertex W240G is a 240gsm coated polyester textile with a textured surface finish, manufactured without PVC. The fabric has a grey-pigmented reverse side that provides a high level of opacity, blocking light transmission and preventing show-through from graphics on the reverse — making it suited to double-sided hanging displays, freestanding banners and applications requiring a solid, opaque backing. The textile carries a B1 fire rating to EN13501 (classified B-s1, d0), meeting flame-retardancy requirements commonly specified for indoor exhibition stands, retail environments and public venues. Its textured woven surface gives printed graphics a fabric-like appearance and tactile quality, distinguishing it from smooth-finish soft signage media, while remaining compatible with eco-solvent, solvent, UV-curable and latex print processes. Reported tear resistance is 239 N/5cm (cross direction) and 231 N/5cm (machine direction), with tensile strength of 981 N/5cm and 820 N/5cm respectively, indicating a durable material suited to repeated installation, transport and handling. Typical applications include retail signage, hanging and suspended displays, exhibition and event graphics, canvas-style framed prints and wallpaper. It is supplied in roll widths from 914mm up to 5000mm, in 30m or 50m lengths, suiting both narrow and wide-format print production. The combination of opacity, textured finish and fire rating positions this material for professional soft signage and display applications within trade and commercial print environments.
