The Glacier Display Textile 180 is a PVC-free, polyester textile designed for backlit tension fabric display systems and soft signage applications. Weighing 180gsm with a thickness of 230 microns, the fabric has a coated finish that is crease resistant, making it easier to handle, fold and install without visible marks. It offers 80% opacity, suiting it to backlit graphics requiring even light diffusion, as well as to standard front-lit exhibition and retail displays. The coated face accepts eco-solvent, solvent, latex and UV-C inks, with printing carried out on the coated side of the material. The fabric carries a B1 fire rating, meeting flame-retardancy requirements for use in public and commercial spaces such as retail environments, airports, car showrooms and museums. It is REACH compliant and free of PVC, aligning with more sustainable alternatives to traditional rigid or PVC-based signage substrates. Supplied in white, the textile is available in widths from 1.6m up to 5m, with standard roll lengths of 50m and 100m, allowing it to be used across a range of frame and system sizes without excessive seaming. Typical applications include backlit tension fabric light boxes, pop-up exhibition stands, retail point-of-sale graphics and large-format display walls where a lightweight, foldable, printable textile is required.
