A standard sign blank mounting kit includes lengths of aluminium sign channel, which must be attached to the rear of the panel using high-strength structural adhesive. Once the channel is securely bonded to the sign face, the supplied stainless steel square head bolts are slotted into the channel extrusion. The kit also provides compatible anti-rotational sign post clips, which wrap around the supporting post and fasten securely to the square head bolts using nuts and washers.
This installation method removes the need to drill holes directly through the face of the sign panel, ensuring a clean visual appearance and preventing potential water ingress that could damage the applied graphic.
