The Roland DG BN2-20A is a versatile printer-cutter designed for small to medium-sized print production environments. It features integrated print and cutting capabilities, allowing for streamlined production of a wide variety of graphics. The device utilises eco-solvent ink technology, which provides durability and colour vibrancy suitable for both indoor and outdoor applications. The BN2-20A supports print widths up to 762 mm, accommodating various media types including vinyl, film, and paper, with thicknesses up to 1.5 mm.
Equipped with a precision printhead technology, the printer delivers high-resolution output up to 1440 dpi. It operates with an ink configuration comprising four colours—cyan, magenta, yellow, and black (CMYK)—enabling a broad colour gamut for detailed and accurate prints. The system uses cartridge ink delivery for ease of replacement and maintenance.
The printer supports production speeds of up to approximately 10.5 square metres per hour, depending on print mode and media type. Its print-cure system utilises heat drying to stabilise prints and facilitate immediate finishing processes. The BN2-20A is suitable for various applications including banners, posters, point-of-sale displays, vehicle decals, and window graphics. It is supplied with dedicated RIP software to manage print workflows efficiently.
