The product collection is available in three distinct surface finishes: Regular, Smooth, and Rough. Each finish is engineered to provide specific tactile qualities while maintaining accurate ink rendering across offset litho, screen printing, and digital processes. The range is manufactured in four distinct shades of white, including Ultimate White, Bright White, Soft White, and Warm White.
The paper selection spans fifteen weight options, ranging from 50gsm ex-mill and 80gsm standard stock up to 400gsm heavyweight boards. Formulated with eucalyptus fibres, Olin Design offers high sheet bulk, opacity, and structural rigidity across its weight range. The heavier boards support converting and finishing operations such as die-cutting, folding, creasing, thermography, foil blocking, and embossing. Additionally, dedicated digital formats compatible with dry-toner and HP Indigo presses are stocked for short-run customisation and specialised printing.
Olin Design is manufactured using FSC-certified virgin pulp and holds EU Ecolabel, ISO 14001, ISO 9001, and ISO 9706 accreditations. The entire range is carbon balanced as standard through the World Land Trust.
