Nazdar 260 and 270 series UV-LED inks are formulated as plug-and-play alternatives to Roland Eco-UV and Mimaki LH-100/LUS-120 OEM ink sets on LEF and UJF flatbed platforms. These inks slot directly into active channels without requiring line purges, damper replacements, or custom ICC profiling.
The 260 series features an elastomeric polymer structure designed for high-elongation applications. It maintains film integrity without cracking, micro-fissuring, or edge delamination on flexible substrates including TPU, leather, polyurethane, and thermoformed plastics subjected to mechanical flexing. The 270 series incorporates a high cross-linking monomer matrix engineered for low surface energy rigid media. It achieves primary mechanical adhesion and scratch resistance on untreated glass, anodised aluminium, stainless steel, cast acrylic, and dense polycarbonate.
Both formulations match the 395nm LED curing lamp bandwidth, achieving full polymerisation at standard carriage pass speeds. Pigment dispersion stability maintains consistent fluid viscosity, preventing drop deflection, faceplate wetting, and satellite formation across Epson piezo printhead nozzles firing 3.5 to 12 picolitre variable drops.
High optical density pigments support opaque white undercoats for transparent media alongside clear varnish channels configured for flood gloss, spot gloss, or tactile 3D relief printing. The cured ink film demonstrates high solvent resistance against isopropyl alcohol rubbing and commercial cleaning agents, making it functional for industrial membrane switches, control panels, and promotional items.
