The Nazdar 130 series is a high-performance eco-solvent ink formulation developed as a plug-and-match replacement for Mimaki SS21 OEM inks on JV150, JV300, CJV150, and CJV300 printing platforms. The chemical architecture allows individual cartridge replacement within active ink trains, eliminating system flushing, waste ink disposal, or workflow interruption.
Formulated to replicate the colorimetric values and pigment density of SS21 inks, the 130 series operates seamlessly with default Mimaki RIP media profiles and rasterization settings. The ink utilises high-purity pigments, including a nickel-free yellow, to deliver broad gamut coverage across primary brand spot colours while adhering to environmental safety standards for indoor commercial displays.
The rapid outgassing profile matches OEM drying curves, allowing immediate post-print laminating and contour cutting without film bubbling or edge lifting on self-adhesive cast and polymeric vinyls. The cured ink film resists mechanical abrasion, alcohol rubbing, and atmospheric weathering, achieving up to three years of outdoor durability unlaminated.
Supplied in 440ml cartridges and 2000ml bulk ink bags, the 130 series maintains stable viscosity and surface tension. This consistent jetting performance protects Epson DX5 and TFP printheads from premature deflection, ink build up, and nozzle plate corrosion.
