The Mutoh XpertJet C641SR Pro is a 24-inch eco-solvent printer/cutter combo designed for medium-volume production of signs, decals, stickers, banners, heat transfers, and vehicle graphics. Operating with Mutoh’s MS31 eco-solvent inks and using a single AccuFine piezo inkjet printhead, it supports integrated contour cutting and through-cutting, enabling both print and cut workflows in one unit. The device includes automatic media alignment systems (DropMaster2 and FeedMaster), i-screen Intelligent Interweave to reduce banding, and MediaTracker for monitoring roll usage. Built to be compact, the printer comes in a desktop format with optional stand and take-up reel additions to accommodate larger roll-to-roll work.
Print speeds reach up to 6.5 m²/h at 600×900 dpi in production mode, and the cutter can achieve up to 150 mm/s for contour or through cuts. Maximum printable width is approximately 23.6 inches from a 24-inch roll, and media thickness from 0.3 mm (low) up to 0.8 mm (high) can be accommodated. The printer works at 100-120 V AC and is designed for conditions approximately 40-60 % relative humidity, non-condensing. It supports RIP software via Mutoh’s VerteLith with a bundled version of FlexiDESIGNER MUTOH Edition. The inks are certified GREENGUARD Gold, suited for indoor or sensitive environment use, with outdoor durability up to three years without lamination under appropriate conditions.
