The Mutoh XpertJet 1341SR Pro is a 54-inch eco-solvent roll-to-roll printer engineered for wide format graphics and signage production. It uses a single AccuFine piezo print head in a four-colour (CMYK) configuration, offering a maximum print resolution of 1200 × 1200 dpi. The device supports three adjustable head heights (1.5 mm, 2.0 mm and 2.5 mm) to accommodate media of different thicknesses. Media width up to approximately 1,371 mm can be used, with maximum thicknesses of 0.3 mm (low), 0.8 mm (middle) and 1.3 mm (high) depending on head height.
It supports cartridges of 220 ml or bags of 1,000 ml (the large-volume bags require an optional adapter) for its eco-solvent VJ-MS31 ink set. The printer is fitted with various automation and quality management features such as DropMaster2 for bi-directional alignment, Feed Master for media feed adjustment, Nozzle Area Select to use active nozzle areas when some nozzles are blocked, and Media Tracker to manage roll media usage. The printer is supplied with Mutoh’s genuine RIP software, VerteLith, which is bundled with other tools in some regions.
In terms of physical size, the printer with stand measures around 1,916 mm (width) × 685 mm (depth) × 1,218 mm (height), and overall weight is about 86 kg. Environmental operation conditions are 20-32 °C and 40-60% relative humidity. It is used for producing banners, signage, display graphics and related roll media work where eco-solvent durability and wide roll feeds are required.
