The Mimaki TS330-3200DS is a high-speed, 3.2m super-wide hybrid textile inkjet printer designed for both sublimation transfer printing and direct-to-fabric printing on polyester-based materials. This dual capability allows for versatility in producing a wide range of applications, including soft signage, flags, fashion apparel, sportswear, and interior decor. The printer is engineered for high productivity, reaching a maximum print speed of 150 m²/h at 600 dpi. Its “330 Engine” technology ensures high-resolution printing with rich, deep colours and beautiful gradations.
The printer features a dual-mode printing mechanism with a removable platen system, enabling easy switching between transfer paper and direct-to-fabric workflows. To ensure stable and reliable operation, it incorporates Mimaki’s core technologies, such as the Nozzle Check Unit (NCU) for automatic nozzle cleaning and the Nozzle Recovery System (NRS) for uninterrupted printing. The machine also includes a dual motor take-up system for stable fabric transport, a new fabric wiper, and an illuminated print platform for on-the-fly inspection of backlit prints. For cost-efficiency and long print runs, the Mimaki TS330-3200DS is compatible with a 10kg bulk ink system. The printer is supplied with TxLink4 Lite RIP software, which is optimized for textile printing workflows.
