The Mimaki TS100-1600 is an entry-level sublimation transfer inkjet printer designed for producing high-quality textile graphics. It features a maximum print width of 1610mm, making it suitable for a variety of applications from fashion and sports apparel to soft signage and interior fabrics. The printer is equipped with two newly developed printheads, which contribute to a high production speed of up to 70 m²/h, representing a significant increase over previous Mimaki models in its class.
The Mimaki TS100-1600 uses dye-sublimation ink (Sb610) and is compatible with both 1-litre bottles and 2-litre packs, providing flexibility in ink supply. The printer incorporates several advanced technologies to ensure stable and high-quality printing. These include the Nozzle Check Unit (NCU) and Nozzle Recovery System (NRS) for continuous operation, and the Mimaki Advanced Pass System 4 (MAPS4) to reduce banding. A key feature is the Dot Adjustment System (DAS), which automates the previously manual and time-consuming processes of dot position and media feed correction. This automation reduces the operator’s workload and ensures consistent quality. The TS100-1600 is an all-in-one entry model suitable for a range of tasks, from sample creation to large-lot production, and is supported by industry-leading RIP software.
