The Mimaki JFX600-2513 is a large-format flatbed UV-LED printer designed for high-value and high-productivity printing. With a maximum print area of 2500mm x 1300mm, it is capable of accommodating industry-standard 8′ x 4′ boards. The printer is engineered with 16 staggered industrial printheads, allowing for a significant increase in print speeds up to 200m²/h in draft mode. It can handle media up to 60mm thick and up to 50kg/m2, making it suitable for printing on a wide variety of rigid substrates including acrylic, polycarbonate, PVC, glass, and wood.
The Mimaki JFX600-2513 includes an innovative 2.5D Texture Maker function, which uses multiple layers of UV ink to create semi-stereoscopic relief textures with depth and variation. This feature simplifies the process of creating embossed prints. The printer is compatible with a range of Mimaki UV-curable inks, including rigid (LH-100), flexible (LUS-120, LUS-150), and thermoforming options, as well as clear varnish and a printable primer. For stable and reliable operation, it incorporates Mimaki’s core technologies, such as the Nozzle Check Unit (NCU) and Nozzle Recovery System (NRS) to automatically detect and recover from missing nozzles. The printer also features a foot pedal for controlling the vacuum bed and Ethernet connectivity for remote job messaging and automation. It is supplied with RasterLink RIP software and supports a 3L bulk ink system for high volume production.
