Keaykolour is a range of rigid, uncoated papers and boards distributed by Antalis UK for commercial printing, packaging, and corporate identity projects. The product line features a consolidated palette of 45 colours, which are categorised into nine distinct colour families ranging from pastels and halftones to deep hues to enable multi-colour combinations. The papers are available in a selection of weights ranging from 120gsm up to 450gsm.
Owing to its specific paper machine grain, Keaykolour provides high bulk and structural rigidity. This construction makes the substrate suitable for demanding converting and finishing techniques, including embossing, letterpress, and custom die-cutting. The product range includes an Extra Rough finish in 340gsm, manufactured with a higher long-fibre content for improved strength and light-fastness in packaging applications. Additionally, 340gsm black and white boards are available with four distinct embossed surface textures: Buckram, Cedar, Leather, and Saffiano.
The Keaykolour range is also compatible with digital printing presses, offering ready-to-use formats designed for dry and liquid-toner systems. Select shades, including Navy Blue, Guardsman Red, Holly, Deep Black, and Snow White, are stocked in B2 digital formats to facilitate short-run customisation and specialised white ink printing. For custom branding requirements outside the standard palette, bespoke colour production is available starting at a minimum order quantity of three tonnes.
