Incada

Incada offers lightweight, high-stiffness folding boxboards for premium packaging and graphical display printing.

Incada is a range of primary fibre folding boxboards (FBB) manufactured using bleached chemical pulp outer plies and Chemi-Thermomechanical Pulp (CTMP) inner plies. Engineered for strength, high bulk, and structural stiffness, the product family delivers lightweight packaging performance alongside consistent printing results. The collection includes two primary board classifications: Incada Silk, a GC1 white-backed board, and Incada Exel, a GC2 cream-backed board.

Incada Silk features a double-coated front surface with a single-coated reverse side, both finished to a smooth matt level. This configuration provides uniform ink absorption and high varnish holdout across both surfaces, making it suitable for two-sided printed packaging. Incada Exel is a one-sided, double-coated board with an uncoated cream reverse, offering a tactile interior finish. Additionally, Incada Exel is hard-sized to resist moisture absorption in demanding packaging environments.

The product line supports standard commercial printing processes, including sheet-fed offset litho, flexography, silkscreen, rotogravure, and UV flatbed digital printing. Its structural stability permits extensive post-print finishing, such as die-cutting, scoring, folding, embossing, laminating, and hot foil stamping. Manufactured from fresh wood fibres sourced from sustainably managed forests, the paperboard holds FSC, PEFC, and ISO 14001 environmental accreditations. It is also compliant with food contact standards and toy safety regulations. Primary applications include food packaging, pharmaceutical boxes, confectionery cartons, book covers, greeting cards, header cards, and point-of-sale retail graphics.
