The HP Latex FS60 is a 3.2-metre superwide industrial printer engineered for high-volume commercial production environments. Building upon the foundation of the FS50, this advanced model enhances productivity by incorporating heavy-duty features as standard. It utilises HP’s odourless, water-based Latex ink technology to deliver vibrant and durable graphics that are safe for sensitive indoor locations such as hospitals and schools.
The machine is equipped with high-capacity ten-litre colour ink cartridges, which support extended, uninterrupted print runs and reduce consumable changeovers. A Jumbo Dual Roll Kit is also included as standard, allowing operators to simultaneously process two large rolls weighing up to 200 kilograms each, or a single massive roll weighing up to 300 kilograms. The print system features symmetrical double printheads and an expanded colour gamut, enabling production speeds of up to 89 square metres per hour for outdoor quality applications.
Designed to maximise uptime, the FS60 features an intuitive smart touchscreen interface and fully automated printhead maintenance routines that minimise manual intervention. Because the water-based latex ink formulation cures instantly inside the printer, output is immediately dry and scratch-resistant, allowing operators to proceed directly to finishing processes without delay. Furthermore, the robust media handling system accommodates a diverse range of flexible substrates, including vinyl, thin films, textiles, and porous materials when using the included ink collector kit.
