General Formulations RoughMark 90 micron matte white PVC vinyl is a conformable, removable self-adhesive media designed for application to rough and textured surfaces. It uses a clear, solvent acrylic, high-tack removable adhesive (53 microns) that allows the film to conform well to moderately textured substrates, including brick, block and concrete, when applied with controlled heat, while still permitting clean removal afterwards. General Formulations RoughMark is intended for vertical application only on these rough surfaces. It is supplied on a white, two-sided PE-coated kraft liner (145g/m²) and carries a B1 fire rating (EN13501). The white matte facestock is compatible with eco-solvent, latex, solvent and UV-curable print processes, making it suitable for a range of digital print production workflows. This product is aimed at sign and graphics producers who need a durable, wall-conformable print media for outdoor or indoor wall graphics, murals and building wraps on uneven masonry-type surfaces, where a standard smooth-surface vinyl would not adhere or conform adequately. A clear (transparent) version of the same construction is also available as a companion product.
