The General Formulations E-203OP is a calendared polymeric self-adhesive vinyl film, 90 microns thick, finished in an intermediate white gloss. It is coated with a permanent grey solvent acrylic adhesive, applied at 14N/25mm per FINAT TM 1, on a siliconised CCK (DSPE) liner that resists water ingress and tunnelling. The grey backing is opaque, blocking out existing colours or graphics beneath it and improving the vibrancy of printed images on top. As a polymeric film, it offers greater dimensional stability and a longer working life than monomeric vinyls, with a service temperature range of -20°C to +70°C, tensile strength above 24N/mm² and elongation at break above 160%. Outdoor durability is rated up to five years unprinted in a Central European climate. The film carries a B1/self-extinguishing fire rating and is compatible with eco-solvent, solvent, latex and UV-curable wide-format digital printing. Minimum application temperature is 10°C, and shelf life is two years when stored at 23°C and 50% relative humidity. It is intended for short- to medium-term indoor and outdoor signage, hoardings, and covering existing graphics on flat or curved surfaces, including vehicle graphics applications.
