The Epson SureColor SC-F11000 is a 76-inch industrial dye sublimation printer designed for high-volume textile and soft signage production. It supports both a standard reel and an optional Jumbo Roll unit, which helps reduce media changes during continuous operation. Its design incorporates robust mechanisms for media handling, such as Advanced Auto Tension Control (Ad-ATC), to maintain stable feeding even with thin or large format materials.
The printer uses PrecisionCore Micro TFP printhead technology (four heads) to deliver high throughput, together with Epson’s Precision Dot Technology combining halftone, lookup-table (LUT) and Micro Weave methods to improve image uniformity and colour gradation. A built-in dryer assists in reducing ink transfer to the reverse side of materials, helping control quality and finish. The ink system is a bulk dye sublimation type, with support for 3-litre and 10-litre ink boxes, plus a “hot-swap” changeover function to reduce downtime from ink replacement.
Speed performance is rated up to approximately 255 m²/h in the highest throughput mode, with lower speeds in higher quality or more passes. The machine is capable of handling very heavy rolls (up to 300 kg with the Jumbo Roll unit) and large media widths (up to approx. 1950 mm). Media thicknesses up to about 1 mm are supported. Controls include auto-adjustment technologies and monitoring tools. It is intended for applications such as fashion, sportswear, soft furnishing and general signage, where both capacity and consistency are important.
