Industrial Kyocera or Ricoh Gen6 printheads deliver high firing frequencies, producing dense solid fills and crisp vector line-art at production speeds exceeding 100 square metres per hour. Low-temperature LED curing arrays prevent thermal shrinkage on thin vinyls and polyolefin films.
The platform processes diverse media including fluted polypropylene, aluminium composite, acrylic, self-adhesive vinyl, paper, mesh, and soft signage textiles. Independent vacuum zones ensure flat media transport under the print carriage. Ink configurations support CMYK, White, and Varnish for multi-layer day-night backlit graphics and spot gloss highlights.
