Exhibiting on Booth C2431 at the Las Vegas Convention Center from September 23rd to 25th, the company will demonstrate how its technology can help large-format businesses eliminate frustrating production bottlenecks.
Banner Finishing Solutions
The PLASTGrommet booth will feature key systems specifically designed to streamline the banner finishing process:
- The Finishing Station: Offering integrated welding and grommeting in a single step, this system has been upgraded with a camera that reads grommet marks to streamline use for operators.
- Evolve Air Welder: A multi-purpose hot air welder that will be demonstrated with a conveyor belt working in synchronization with the Evolve’s traction rollers, allowing for easier media handling on longer welds.

Visitors will also be able to explore a wide range of semi-automatic and automatic grommetting equipment, including the Evolution, Autocross, Multipress, Queen, and Speed Queen presses. The team will demonstrate these systems using a mix of both clear plastic and brass grommets suitable for a variety of materials.
To support heavy media handling, the booth will showcase a comprehensive lineup of robust media roll lifters:
- Compact Lifter: A manual media lifter for rolls up to 440lb.
- Compact e-Lifter Pro: A battery-operated lifter for rolls up to 660lb.
- RollMAX Lifter: A manual lifter for rolls up to 992lb.
- RollMAX e-Lifter Pro: A battery-operated lifter for large diameter rolls up to 992lb.
