OneVision Software AG will present its latest workflow automation and AI-powered solutions for wide format printing at the FESPA Global Print Expo 2026 in Barcelona.
OneVision Software AG has announced it will present its latest solutions for wide format printing at the upcoming FESPA Global Print Expo 2026. The exhibition takes place from 19th to 22nd May at the Fira Barcelona exhibition centre in Spain. The automation expert invites visitors to Booth 2-D28 to discover how automated workflows and artificial intelligence technologies can help print service providers optimise production processes.

The company notes that print providers currently face complex production workflows involving multiple file types, substrates, and finishing steps, which are often time-consuming and error-prone. Large files increase the risk of scaling, resolution, or content errors. OneVision highlights that rising costs, labour shortages, and the demand for faster turnarounds make automation essential for future-ready wide format production.
To address these challenges, OneVision will demonstrate its Wide Format Automation Suite. This software is designed to automate key production steps in wide format printing. Typical tasks such as file checks, preflight correction, nesting, imposition, routing, and production preparation are handled automatically. According to the developer, this reduces manual touchpoints and lowers the risk of costly errors, allowing providers to run production faster and more consistently across complex environments.
A major focus for the exhibition will be the introduction of new AI-powered technologies. OneVision is expanding its portfolio to solve concrete production challenges in wide format environments:
- AI Queries: This tool helps users analyse workflow and production data faster. Instead of manually reviewing job information, users can automatically identify bottlenecks, recurring issues, or production trends.
- AI Billboard Validation: This system enables quality checks of installed out-of-home advertising using a simple photograph. It detects common issues such as incorrect placement, missing elements, or mounting defects while supporting photo documentation, geolocation, and reporting.
- AI Image Processing: This feature replaces manual photo editing work. It automatically adjusts brightness, contrast, and sharpness, removes backgrounds, and optimises images to achieve print-ready results, significantly speeding up approval times.
Furthermore, OneVision will showcase its “Stations” production tracking tool. This solution digitises manual production and finishing steps by turning them into connected workflow checkpoints. At each station, operators receive job instructions, confirm completed tasks, capture feedback, or document the result with a photo. This creates real-time transparency, reduces communication gaps, and ensures every job is tracked from print to delivery.
The automated preflight and file preparation software also checks and corrects large files for resolution, bleed, colour spaces, fonts, or missing content before errors reach production.
Visitors to the FESPA Global Print Expo 2026 can experience live demonstrations of these technologies at the OneVision booth. The team will be available for expert discussions on optimising wide format production processes.
