Print professionals from across Ireland will now be able to book in live demonstrations of the new HP Latex 830W at the NTI Diatec premises in Dublin.
Large-format printing technology specialist NTI Diatec LFP has installed a new HP Latex 830W printer at its location in Ireland, allowing industry professionals in the country to view live demonstrations of one of the latest releases from HP.
Running as part of the NTI Group, NTI Diatec operates from its Kilcarbery site in Dublin. From here, NTI Diatec offers customers access to a range of leading large-format print solutions, including several innovations from HP.
Recently, the company took delivery of one of the latest launches from HP in the form of the new HP Latex 830W. This presents the first opportunity for print and related businesses in the country to see the machine up close without having to travel across to the UK.
Running at a top speed of 36sq m/hr in outdoor mode, the machine can process media up to 1.63m wide and run rolls weighing up to 55kg. Additional attributes include a white ink option, which opens up opportunities for new work and markets to users.
In addition, as is the case with all machines in the HP Latex printer range, the HP Latex 830W runs HP Latex Inks. These water-based inks are much more environmentally friendly than solvent, eco-solvent and UV inks as they are free from hazardous air pollutants (HAPs) and odours. On top of this, the three-litre cartridges in which the inks are supplied are cardboard-based and recyclable after use.
