New Viper hand strapping Tool from Antalis Packaging

Antalis Packaging launches the Master’in Viper hand strapping tool, featuring battery power, ergonomic design, and real-time tension displays for precise load securing.

Antalis Packaging has announced the launch of the Master’in Viper hand strapping tool, the latest addition to its growing range of high-performance strapping solutions. The Viper joins existing Master’in hand strapping devices as the third option in the range, strengthening the company’s offering for customers requiring reliable load securing solutions.

The battery-powered Viper is engineered for seamless operation, featuring a touch-sensitive interface designed for operators at every skill level. Its lightweight and well-balanced ergonomic design ensures effortless handling. Suitable for a wide variety of applications—including pallets, metal profiles, and construction materials—the tool features a high-definition colour display that provides instant tension readings to eliminate guesswork.

Key features of the new tool include a front-facing display for real-time tension values, which can be configured in newtons, kilograms, or pounds. It also offers an adjustable cooling time to ensure consistently strong welds and a dedicated soft mode for safely securing light or delicate loads. Each unit is supplied with two Makita 18V – 3Ah batteries and a Li-Ion Akku Power battery charger.

Antalis also stocks a full selection of strapping materials and accessories, allowing customers to source all their strapping requirements from a single supplier.

Steve Marples, Category Manager at Antalis, comments: “Customers looking for tailored recommendations can also take advantage of smartCONSULT, Antalis’ specialist advisory service, where Antalis’ machinery experts assess needs and recommend the most effective and cost-efficient solutions for your operation.”
