New additions announced for Sign & Digital UK

Following a successful second co-location with Printwear & Promotion LIVE! in February, the organisers of Sign & Digital UK announce that big changes are on the horizon.

These changes include fresh features, enhanced visitor experiences, and stronger connections between the UK’s leading print, signage, and garment decoration events.

Over 30 companies showcased direct to film and direct to garment print equipment throughout both exhibitions in 2025 and Sign & Digital aim to further demonstrate the crossover appeal. With over 80% of P&P LIVE! attendees visiting SDUK during their time at the show, this equated to around 6,000 industry professionals enjoying all that Sign & Digital UK and its exhibitors had to offer. A post-show survey also revealed that 66% of all visitors to P&P LIVE! found their time at SDUK beneficial, with over half stating that it was indeed very beneficial.

This feedback on the co-location has led to the introduction of a new addition to the 2026 event called the ‘Print Zone’.

Introducing the new ‘Print Zone’

A major addition for 2026 will be the introduction of a dedicated ‘Print Zone’, strategically located between both shows.

This space is designed to provide a seamless experience for visitors and exhibitors alike, stitching together the print, sign, and garment decoration sectors. With approximately 1,200 commercial printers expected to attend (based on 2025 attendance), the Print Zone will deliver both wider reach for exhibitors and clearer insight for visitors exploring the industry’s latest innovations.

A special feature zone with a community focus

Also new for 2026 is a Special Feature Zone, more details of which will be revealed soon. This space will promote networking, collaboration, and community spirit, while showcasing the creative power and potential of both industries.

The return of The Sign Industry Awards

After the success of the inaugural Sign Industry Awards, which welcomed over 200 guests, plans are underway to expand the event for 2026.

Winner of the Outstanding Contribution Award, Paul Harvey from Nova Aluminium Systems, commented, “The venue, entertainment, and food were all fantastic – a true testament to the professionalism and care that went into organising such a brilliant event.”

Next year’s fun-filled evening will take place on Monday, February 16 and will once again spotlight the outstanding achievements across the signage community.

With less than 10 months to go, the team at Datateam Business Media is channelling its energy, experience, and enthusiasm to create a standout event that reflects the strength and creativity of these industries. Exhibitors, visitors, and partners are all invited to be part of this shared journey.

Luke Stoneham, Sign & Digital UK’s sales manager, said: “These are your shows – we just run them. The sign and print industries are filled with inspiring, talented people, and we’re proud to create a platform that supports and celebrates their work.” For feedback, ideas, or a chat, Luke welcomes direct conversations and is happy to travel to meet with industry professionals across the UK.
