MUTOH Europe nv has received an EDP award for its MUTOH XpertJet 1462UF A1+ sized flatbed printer in the category “Direct to Shape Printers”.
Organised by the European Digital Press Association, the EDP Awards recognise excellence in the digital printing, publishing and packaging industries. This year’s awards ceremony was held on May 29th at the Drupa Cube at Messe Düsseldorf.

About MUTOH’s XpertJet 1462UF Flatbed Printer
The MUTOH XpertJet 1462UF is a 6-colour (C, M, Y, K, Wh, Va) UV LED flatbed direct-to-object printer with moving gantry, offering an impressive 1420 by 700 mm table size. It can print onto objects up to 150 mm.
The 1462UF comes with MUTOH’s UV LED US61 inks. These inks are sustainable and meet the current and anticipated EU regulations on chemical use. They are free from SVHC1 and CMR category 1 substances2, safe for operators. The printer comes standard with MUTOH’s proprietary VerteLith RIP software.
