Konica Minolta appoints Mike Faiers as Chief Operations Officer

In his new role, Mike will build on his time as Chief Technology Officer to advance customer focused solutions

Mike Faiers joined Konica Minolta in 2021 as its Chief Technology Officer to drive innovation and deliver solutions and services to meet the current and future workplace challenges of its customers. Assuming the new role of Chief Operations Officer, his remit is to develop and refine processes and procedures that position Konica Minolta even closer to its customer, to provide them with the solutions, care and support they need throughout every stage of their journey. 

Commenting on his new position, Mike Faiers states, “Our success is defined by the satisfaction of our customers. During his tenure as Chief Technology Officer, Mike led a team that helped to consolidate Konica Minolta’s reputation as a supplier of innovative digital technologies that are transforming operations in SMB office environments as well as professional print rooms. In his new role, Mike will build on his time spent working across every facet of the business, to optimise operations including service and support, logistics and the wider supply chain. Mike adds, “Every decision we make will be guided by the overarching question of how the actions we take can positively impact the experience of our customers.”
