Konica Minolta and ACPME have announced Print-Ed 2026, an event that will mark the association’s evolution into the In-house Creative & Print Alliance (ICPA).
Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd has announced that it will host Print-Ed 2026 on 11th and 12th March. Organised in partnership with the Association of Creative Print Managers in Education (ACPME), the two-day event will take place at Konica Minolta’s Client Engagement Centre in Houghton Regis.

The event marks a significant strategic milestone for the ACPME. The organisation has confirmed it will use the occasion to evolve into the In-house Creative & Print Alliance (ICPA). This new identity reflects an expanded commitment to support the wider in-house print and creative community, extending its reach beyond education to include professionals working in corporate, public-sector, and non-profit environments.
Organisers have designed the Print-Ed 2026 agenda to facilitate peer-led learning and sector-wide collaboration. Attendees will participate in roundtables, hands-on demonstrations, and practical discussions. The programme focuses on critical industry topics including workflow automation, sustainability, creative integration, and the deployment of web-to-print technology.
Ollie Renshaw, Vice-Chair ACPME, explains the motivation behind the rebrand. He states: “In‑house creative and print teams across every sector are facing similar pressures – automation, sustainability, skills, and proving strategic value. Becoming ICPA allows us to support a much wider professional community while continuing to champion our education members. Print‑Ed 2026 is the ideal platform to begin this next chapter.”
Hosting the event at the Client Engagement Centre allows Konica Minolta to provide attendees with direct insight into the latest production technology. Glyn Williams, PP & IP Channel Manager – Private & Public Sector at Konica Minolta Business Solutions (UK) Ltd, comments on the partnership. He says: “In‑house print teams are transforming rapidly, and they need spaces to learn from each other and explore new possibilities. We’re proud to host Print‑Ed 2026 and to support ACPME as it becomes ICPA – an evolution that reflects the growing importance of in‑house production across all industries.”
The transition to the ICPA signals a renewed commitment to strengthening the future of in-house creative and print operations. By broadening its scope, the alliance aims to ensure that teams across all industries have access to the support, community, and insight required to thrive in a changing market.
Print-Ed 2026 is free to attend, and registration is currently open to industry professionals.
