JC Group moves European digital textiles to UFABRIK

JC Group restructures its European digital textile supply, moving all private-label display graphics to the UFABRIK brand from April 2026.

JC Group and UFABRIK have announced a significant restructuring of their European operations, designed to create a single, uniform identity for digital display textiles. From 1 April 2026 all JC Inkjet private-label polyester-based roll textiles, ranging from 1.6m to 5.2m wide, will be transitioned to the UFABRIK brand and sold through its European facility in Bracknell.

While both entities are already part of the same parent group, this reorganisation moves away from traditional “white-label” supply in favour of a brand-led model. The shift aims to meet increasing market demands for technical support, environmental accountability, and Life Cycle Analysis (LCA) accreditation.

JC Group is consolidating its European display graphics textile range under the UFABRIK brand.

The transition specifically applies to polyester-based display graphics textiles. JC Group’s broader portfolio, which includes canvas, wallpaper, adhesive products, carpets, and home décor, will remain unaffected, with its current supply chain and branding staying in place.

Robin East, UFABRIK’s Group Chief Commercial Officer, commented, “The textile market is consolidating, and only the strongest manufacturing brands will hold the dominant positions. That’s why we’re focusing our efforts on a single product line where we’ve already made deep investments. Private label business offers no lasting value to the customer. Our strategy is to retain truly competitive pricing while delivering all the added value of a unified brand.”

For existing JC Media customers, the transition will be managed jointly by the Chinese and European teams to ensure continuity in product specification, pricing, and payment terms. European distributors stand to benefit from a more consolidated portfolio, reduced channel conflict, and access to UFABRIK’s centralised marketing department, which provides high-impact content and lead-generation campaigns.

UFABRIK also offers enhanced technical integration, working closely with global printer manufacturers to provide on-boarding support, colour profiling, and consignment stock options for large-scale direct customers.

BingXin Wang, Chairman of JC Group, added, “This operational change brings more clarity to the way the group serves Europe. Our production base capabilities remain the same, but the route to market is now more focused and better aligned with customer expectations and distributor requirements. By consolidating our textile roll materials with UFABRIK in Europe, we are strengthening the overall portfolio and creating a more expansive platform.”

The group will showcase its integrated materials platform at the upcoming FESPA Global Print Expo in Barcelona, providing customers with a comprehensive view of the manufacturing scale and expertise driving the new structure.
