Integrity Communications Group has invested in a Canon varioPRINT iX3200 to increase capacity and support expansion into high-value print markets.
Integrity Communications Group has announced the installation of a Canon varioPRINT iX3200 digital inkjet press. The UK-based provider of secure and commercial print aims to strengthen its production operations with this latest investment. The new machine joins an existing fleet of Canon devices at the company, which already includes the VarioPrint i300, ColorStream 6700, and imagePRESS V700.

Integrity states that this installation marks a key phase in its strategy to modernise the print fleet. The company focuses on increasing capacity, improving efficiency, and ensuring consistent performance across high-volume workflows. The investment also delivers tangible gains in print quality and media versatility.
Founded in 2008 following a management buyout from Communisis, Integrity has evolved into a £70m organisation. It delivers security, communications, and label printing for sectors such as financial services, utilities, and the public sector. Its Integrity Connect division specifically handles critical, data-sensitive communications for local government and regulated markets.
The company faces intense pressure during two annual peak periods in February and September. During these times, social housing providers must communicate annual rent reviews and service charge information. These regulated mailings come with legally mandated delivery deadlines. Integrity notes that the varioPRINT iX3200 enhances its capacity to meet this surge in demand by delivering faster throughput.
Technically, the machine features advanced inkjet architecture and supports a wider substrate range. Canon claims this enables high-precision print with consistent colour reproduction. Integrity plans to use these capabilities to expand into creative applications such as direct mail marketing, charity fundraising campaigns, and travel communications.
Andrew Law, Sales & Marketing Director at Integrity Communications Group, comments: “Canon’s technology has played a crucial role in transforming our print operations over the last five years. The reliability of the equipment has been outstanding, giving us complete confidence during our busy periods and allowing us to deliver consistent results for our customers. The varioPRINT iX3200 is an exciting next step for us – enabling us to take efficiency to the next level while also opening up opportunities for us to diversify our offering.”
The business is also exploring the option of adding a second iX-series device later in 2026.
Stuart Rising, Head of Graphic Arts at Canon UK & Ireland, adds: “Integrity Communications Group has built an impressive reputation by combining operational excellence with a clear vision for future growth. We are proud to continue supporting their journey with the varioPRINT iX3200, which will deliver new levels of speed, quality and flexibility across their operations. This investment reflects the strength of our partnership and the shared ambition to explore new opportunities and expand into high‑value print markets.”
