Demonstrated Technology

At PSI 2026, Inkcups will demonstrate several key pieces of equipment and innovations:

  • Helix ONE® Updates: The latest updates include Auto File automation software, barcode scanning, a new jettable primer to promote adhesion on powder-coated products, and smaller diameter capability that expands the machine’s diameter range to 33 mm-116 mm.
  • X5-T High Throw UV Flatbed Printer: This recently launched printer increases the ink throw distance between the printhead and the substrate. This enables high-quality, accurate prints on contoured, rounded, slightly curved, and irregularly shaped objects, such as mugs with handles, tiered drinkware, and sporting equipment.
  • Helix® Cylindrical Printer: This machine features Inkcups’ patent pending Nano Pin Curing technology. This innovation enables printing on transparent cylindrical vessels such as glassware, clear plastic bottles, wine and spirit bottles, candle holders, and assorted drinkware without the need to first fill the vessel with a UV-blocking substance or stuffing agent.

Hendrik Koemans, European Sales Director for Inkcups, notes that the recent launches, including the updates to the Helix ONE, the Nano Pin Curing technology, and the new X5-T High Throw technology, have all been developed to expand the applications possible with DTO printing and to make production more efficient for customers.
