Girls Who Print announces 2026 UN Women’s Day Conference

Girls Who Print invites women across the global print industry to join the “MAKE YOUR MOVE” virtual conference on 6 March.

March 2026 marks a period of heightened focus for Girls Who Print, as the organisation prepares to amplify female voices across the printing and graphic communications industry. The initiative aims to highlight the actions women take to advance their careers and foster greater industry visibility.

In 2026, these efforts align with the United Nations International Women’s Day guiding principle: Rights. Justice. Action. Girls Who Print is applying this framework through its conference theme, “MAKE YOUR MOVE,” encouraging women in the sector to reflect on their professional progress and intentional next steps.

International Women’s Day Conference: 6 March 2026

As a cornerstone of its March programming, Girls Who Print will host its 8th Annual International Women’s Day Conference on 6 March 2026. The free virtual event is scheduled from 08:00 to 15:00 ET. It is designed to bring together women from across the globe to explore leadership, career growth, and the pivotal moments that shape professional trajectories in print.

The conference structure allows for flexible attendance; participants can register once and join various sessions throughout the day as their schedules permit. All registrants will also receive access to event replays.

Industry Q&A and Global Engagement

To complement the conference, women in print worldwide are invited to participate in a global Q&A session hosted on the Girls Who Print website. This initiative encourages professionals to share their personal career stories and engage with peers to increase collective visibility.

Deborah Corn, Executive Director of Girls Who Print, said, “Visibility is about action. When women step forward and share their stories, they make their work, leadership, and expertise visible to the industry. That visibility creates momentum, opens doors, and helps more women be seen, heard, and recognized for the impact they are already having in print.”

The organisation reported significant global engagement in previous years, with shared stories and social interactions generating nearly 300,000 impressions in 2025. Submissions for the current year’s participation close on 1 March 2026.

Girls Who Print Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to providing a professional network for women in the print industry. Further details regarding conference registration, membership, and sponsorship opportunities are available on the organisation’s official website.
