Fujifilm announces European winners of 2025 Innovation Print Awards

Two European companies were among the 36 winners selected from 170 submissions in the manufacturer’s global competition.

Fujifilm has announced the winners of its annual Global Innovation Print Awards programme. The competition, which allows production press owners to submit work for evaluation, received 170 submissions from 14 countries. From these entries, 36 winners were selected, including two companies from Europe: WEGNER GmbH and Impress Print Services.

WEGNER GmbH Bremen-based WEGNER GmbH secured awards in three categories: Book, Calendar, and Swatch. Founded in 1985, the company provides digital printing for products ranging from books to booklets. WEGNER GmbH is a long-standing customer of the manufacturer, having installed a Jet Press 720S in 2015 before upgrading to a Jet Press 750S in 2019. More recently, in March 2022, the company added a Revoria Press PC1120.

The winning entries were produced using both the Revoria Press PC1120 and the Jet Press 750S. This follows the company’s previous success in the 2024 awards, where it won the “Best Innovation Award” for a design book created using a combination of Fujifilm systems.

Henning Rose, CEO of WEGNER GmbH, commented on the recognition. “We are delighted to have participated in this competition and proud to win these awards. Fujifilm is a long-standing partner for us, and their machines have increased our capabilities. We can bring our customers’ ideas to life successfully. Winning an award like this is truly rewarding and shows how we have grown over the years with this partnership.”

Impress Print Services Impress Print Services, a family-owned business based in the UK, also won in three categories: Direct mail, Swatch, and Magazine.

In 2023, the company invested in a Jet Press 750S High Speed Model, a Revoria Press PC1120, and a Revoria Press E1 Series to improve operational efficiency. According to the company, these investments facilitated expansion into new sectors and supported in-house litho production while maintaining sustainability standards.

Michael Kille, Managing Director of Impress Print Services, stated: “We are thrilled to be crowned winners in three different categories. This win shows how much of an impact the Fujifilm machines have had on our work and our customers. Since the sales and installation process, Fujifilm has been supportive, and we knew that we were building a strong relationship with them. The partnership has helped us run our business more effectively and deliver strong results, fulfilling our customers’ needs.”

Graham Leeson, Head of Communications & Sales Enablement at Fujifilm Europe, added: “We are proud to celebrate the achievements of this year’s Innovation Print Award winners. The competition showcases how users of Fujifilm print solutions push the boundaries of their creativity and showcase innovative print techniques.”
