FESPA reveals exhibitor line-up for Personalisation Experience

The line-up for Personalisation Experience 2026 in Barcelona will feature the latest in customisation software and on-demand print tech.

FESPA has confirmed the exhibitor line-up for Personalisation Experience 2026, which returns as part of the co-located event series at the Fira de Barcelona. Located in Hall 3, the event is designed to connect brands, retailers, and print service providers with the technology required to capitalise on the increasing consumer demand for personalised products.

The event will run alongside FESPA Global Print Expo, European Sign Expo, WrapFest, and the newly introduced Textile and Corrugated shows. The focus for 2026 remains on the commercial transition from mass production to “mass customisation,” facilitated by developments in variable data printing, web-to-print platforms, and connected digital workflows.

A diverse range of international exhibitors has already been confirmed, spanning software development, manufacturing, and garment production. These include:

  • Software and Design Platforms: Antigro Designer, Design Huddle, and OnPrintShop Software.
  • Production and Technology: Makeblock Europe, Photo USA Electronic Graphic, and MercuryFlooring.
  • Specialist Garments: Orange Tree Garments.

Visitors to the show floor can access a free-to-attend, expert-led conference programme. These sessions will address the practicalities of scaling customisation, including the use of intelligent automation to manage single-unit print runs profitably and the integration of sustainable practices into on-demand manufacturing models.

Duncan MacOwan, Head of Marketing and Events at FESPA, said, “Personalisation is now fundamental to how brands connect with their customers. It has also shifted from being a specialist feature to a more widely available offering – and for printers, this presents huge commercial opportunities. Visitors to the show can explore creative solutions to capitalise on the customer demand for customised products and learn how they can make it central to their offering. I also encourage visitors to explore the co-located events, as there will be a number of suppliers displaying customisation-enabling solutions.”

A single visitor ticket provides entry to all co-located FESPA events, allowing attendees to explore crossover opportunities between personalisation and the wider signage, textile, and corrugated packaging markets. FESPA national association members can register for free, while non-members can access “super early bird” tickets for €30 until 23 March 2026.
