FESPA has announced the details of three distinct conference programmes and the World Wrap Masters competition for its upcoming 2026 events in Barcelona.
FESPA has announced the conference programmes and feature highlights for its 2026 events. The exhibition will take place at the Gran Via at Fira de Barcelona from 19th to 22nd May 2026.

Attendees visiting the six co-located FESPA 2026 events will have access to three distinct conference streams alongside the World Wrap Masters competition. The overarching exhibition includes the FESPA Global Print Expo, the European Sign Expo, Personalisation Experience, WrapFest, Corrugated, and Textile events. Organisers will deliver sessions in English and Spanish depending on the topic. Visitors will also have access to live translations into Portuguese, French, German, and Italian via a dedicated translation aid.
The new FESPA Conference will be located in Hall 3 on Stand B45. The organisation states that this programme will allow visitors to develop a greater understanding of trends and opportunities across speciality print, signage, textiles, and personalisation. Confirmed speakers include Klaus Reisinger from ClimatePartner discussing sustainability in print, and Debbie McKeegan of Textintel covering surface effects for garment decoration. Further sessions will feature Justin Cairns from Ogilvy, Bart Olde Wolbers from Artisjet, and Natalia Dolz from Lachrome.
The first edition of the Corrugated event will include a free-to-attend conference programme. This stream aims to provide a platform for visitors to explore the latest trends, challenges, and developments across the corrugated packaging industry. Speakers will explore digitisation, automation, and packaging regulations. The line-up features Stefan Liversidge from OPSWAT discussing the cyber landscape of packaging, and Thomas Orthax from Packitoo covering artificial intelligence solutions. Ian Bates of NOA Ltd and Yura Bachurin of Paper Kite will also present sessions.
Visitors to WrapFest 2026 can attend the WrapTalks conference programme in Hall 2 on Stand A78. The sessions will cover the entire wrap industry from vehicles to interior decor. The agenda includes panel discussions on creative projects, production pipelines, women in the wrapping industry, and the rise of architectural films. Industry experts such as Chris Edwards, Martin Turecek, Paige Walton, and Greg Forster are scheduled to speak.
WrapFest will also host two live competitions. The World Wrap Masters Europe will take place on the first two days of the event, with regional competitors wrapping a variety of special objects and vehicles. On the final two days, regional champions will compete to be crowned the global winner in the World Wrap Masters Final.
Michael Ryan, Head of FESPA Global Print Expo, comments on the upcoming agenda. He says, “Each year, we strive to offer our visitors something new, and our three conference programmes will do just that. We’re confident that the programmes will facilitate knowledge sharing among our visitors, while giving them a platform to learn, network and maximise their business growth.”
Ryan continues, “In addition, the expansion of our flagship event portfolio overall – to include WrapFest, Corrugated and Textile under the FESPA 2026 umbrella – supports the growth of our global community by bringing together experts from speciality print and its related sectors.”
He concludes, “As ever, it’s a pleasure to be back in Barcelona this May, and I’m excited to see what the future holds for our biggest show yet!”
All members of a FESPA national Association or FESPA Direct can gain free access to all six co-located events. Non-members can purchase early bird tickets for €55 until 20th April using the official registration code.
