Digidelta will use its stand at the FESPA Global Print Expo 2026 to present its renewed DECAL range of self-adhesive vinyls featuring bubble-free and dot matrix technology as standard.
Digidelta has announced it will use the FESPA Global Print Expo 2026 to showcase its renewed DECAL range of self-adhesive monomeric vinyl. The manufacturer of digital printing and visual communication materials states that the updated range aims to set a new standard across the global industry.

The FESPA Global Print Expo will take place from 19th to 22nd May in Barcelona. The event will feature more than 550 exhibitors and expects to attract over 14,000 visitors from the print, sign, textile, and visual communications markets.
Digidelta will exhibit its materials on Stand E95 in Hall 3 at the Fira Barcelona Gran Via. Central to the company’s appearance will be the renewed DECAL collection. The business will focus on how the range delivers product performance and customer value.
Previously, manufacturers often positioned bubble-free and dot matrix features as premium upgrades. Digidelta has now integrated these elements as structural features across the entire DECAL portfolio. The company now offers DECAL Bubble-Free and DECAL Dot Matrix adhesives as standard options.
The DECAL brand has formed a key part of the Digidelta portfolio since its introduction in 2009. The company has continuously developed the range over the past 17 years to serve a wide variety of graphics applications globally.
DECAL Bubble-Free is a self-adhesive vinyl featuring air-escape technology. Digidelta claims this allows for fast and clean installation compared to traditional vinyl products that require multiple ancillary tools. Users can place the printed graphic in position and use a squeegee to secure it to the surface. The manufacturer offers this product in multiple formats, including Polymeric Vinyl, Monomeric Vinyl, and Glass Decor. The company notes that the material is suited for large-format applications, window graphics, and vehicle wraps.
Digidelta designed DECAL Dot Matrix for short-term promotional applications. The material allows customers to install printed graphics on flat, smooth, and non-porous surfaces. The company states that the adhesive eliminates wrinkling and bubbling, enabling users to reposition the material several times. Installers can also remove the graphics cleanly without leaving residue or damaging the underlying surface.
DECAL Dot Matrix is available in clear glossy and white matte options. The product features a double-layer PE liner to protect the vinyl from humidity, which the manufacturer says eliminates waving and curling during printing and installation. The solution offers a durability of up to six months for short-term retail graphics and promotional campaigns.
The entire DECAL range holds fire resistance certification B S1 / D0 in line with the European standards of ISO 13501-1 and ISO 11925-2. Digidelta manufactures the products using European raw materials that meet both REACH and RoHS requirements.
Digidelta manufactures all DECAL products in-house at its facility in Torres Novas, Portugal. The company is currently building a new 15,000 square metre production site scheduled for completion later this year. Once fully operational, the site will incorporate four coating lines, 1,300 racks, and five specialist slitters to support an output of up to 75 million square metres of media annually. The business states that keeping production in-house reduces manufacturing costs and allows them to offer products at a more competitive price point.
Armando Mota, CEO of Digidelta, comments on the updated range. He says, “We believe companies around the world should have access to the highest quality, most innovative materials without having to pay a premium. Our DECAL range reflects this belief, with both bubble-free and dot matrix solutions available to customers as standard, allowing them to achieve first-class results without having to pay over the odds.”
Mota concludes, “We’re excited to be sharing details of our renewed DECAL collection at the FESPA Global Print Expo 2026 in Barcelona in May, and very much look forward to meeting with visitors to showcase what is possible with DECAL materials.”
