Compass Business Finance appoints Lorna Campbell

Compass Business Finance has appointed Lorna Campbell in a newly formed role as Head of Operations as the company continues to grow.

Strengthening its senior leadership team to support expanding broker and direct lending activities, asset finance specialist Compass Business Finance has appointed Lorna Campbell as Head of Operations. Bringing more than 35 years of operational leadership in asset-based lending to the role, Campbell will oversee process optimisation and service delivery across the firm’s UK broker network.

Campbell joins the Kent-headquartered independent lender following more than two decades at Close Brothers, where she served as Operations Manager and Head of Customer Relationship Management. Her background spans the entire funding lifecycle, including proposal processing, payout, portfolio management, facility maturity, and complex deal structuring.
